Echoes of the deadly Columbine shootings in Colorado rang throughout the Denver area yesterday.

Bruco Strongeagle Eastwood entered Deer Creek Middle School and shot two students before he was tackled by a math teacher.

Both students are expected to survive. Officials say Eastwood will face two charges of attempted first-degree murder.

Deer Creek was closed all day today, and the school is offering counseling services to anyone in need.
