This week on campus features more than just school elections, its Northwestern’s annual sex week. It includes more than 20 events to encourage students to talk about sex.

SHAPE co-sponsored a “Sexpo” on Tuesday, and all week long, students can get free condoms and win prizes while learning about sexual health.

But it’s not just for students. The committee brings speakers from the community to talk about the role sex plays in daily life.

“We want to emphasize how our society thinks about sex and relates to sex and talks about sex, and whether there are ways to improve that or things that we sort of want to leave behind.  So just kind of put that under the microscope ," said Sex Week committee Co-Chai, Kelsey Sheridan.
